Privacy policy

This policy describes what CreativeDeals collects on CreativeDeals.com and OwnerFinanceProperty.com, why, and how to ask for a copy or for deletion. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

An account needs an email address. You can also give a name, role, phone, company, state, and a short bio. We store the listings you write, the photos you upload, messages you send, listings you save, and saved searches. Sign-in uses a one-time link. We do not collect a password.

Do not upload a driver license, Social Security number, bank statement, or other identity document. The sites do not ask for those.

If you pay a fee, Stripe processes the card. We store the plan or fee you bought, a customer reference, and a payment reference. We do not store your card number.

Why we use it

We use the information to run the account, show listings, deliver messages between users, send the sign-in link and the alerts you asked for, moderate listings, and keep a record of fees. We do not read messages in order to negotiate a deal.

Who can see it

A published listing is public. A message is visible to the people in that thread and to administrators handling abuse or a listing review. Directory ads show the information the advertiser chose to publish. Sample rows are fiction and are labeled.

Email is sent with our own mail log. If a mail provider is connected, that provider receives the address, the subject, and the body of the message we asked them to send. Stripe receives the billing details needed to charge the card.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie and, on preview addresses, a cookie that remembers which of the two sites you are viewing. Details are on the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while the account is open. After you ask us to delete it, we delete the profile, drafts, messages, saved searches, and saved listings, except records we still need for fraud prevention, security, or tax. Payment references can stay in that narrower set. We aim to finish a deletion within 30 days.

Your requests

Email hello@creativedeals.com from the address on the account. In the subject, write “data request” for a copy of the profile, listings, and saved searches, or “delete account” to close the account and delete the information described above. Tell us the site you use, CreativeDeals or OwnerFinanceProperty. We may ask you to confirm you control the mailbox before we send a copy or delete anything.

Ages

The sites are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
