What are these sites?
CreativeDeals.com and OwnerFinanceProperty.com are two storefronts on one listings database. CreativeDeals is aimed at investors, note buyers, and brokers. OwnerFinanceProperty is aimed at people buying or selling a house or land. Both are advertising venues.
Do you take a cut when a deal closes?
No. Fees are flat: a subscription, a 30-day featured listing, or a directory ad. There is no success fee, no commission, and no per-referral payment.
Can I pay the down payment or the note through the site?
No. We do not hold, wire, or escrow funds. Do not send purchase money to us.
Will you negotiate for me?
No. Messages go between the people on the listing. We do not make offers or counteroffers for you.
Can I list a joint venture or a fractional share?
No. Those are outside the product. Do not list them.
What happens if a reviewer sends my listing back?
You get a note and 48 hours to fix it and submit it again. The listing is not public during that window. Photo rights, a ban on phone numbers and links in the description, and a ban on duplicate listings are in the listing policy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use Manage billing on the account page, or email us from the address on the account. Canceling stops the next renewal. The current paid period is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Can I get the featured-listing fee back?
If you cancel before the 30-day feature starts, yes. After it has started, no, unless we failed to run the placement because of our own error. A takedown for a policy break is not refunded.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Email us with the subject “delete account” or “data request,” from the mailbox on the account. We aim to finish within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what we keep.
Who can open an account?
People 18 and older. The sites are not for children.
Are the calculators a promise of the payment?
No. They are estimates from the numbers on the listing or the numbers you type. They are not a lender’s schedule.
