Listing policy

You are on CreativeDeals.com. CreativeDeals operates this site and CreativeDeals.com and OwnerFinanceProperty.com. hello@creativedeals.com

This is the rule set for advertisements on CreativeDeals.com and OwnerFinanceProperty.com. CreativeDeals can refuse, unpublish, or send back any listing that does not follow it.

What you may list

Homes, multifamily property, and land can appear on both sites. Businesses, commercial property, and notes appear in CreativeDeals search. A direct link to one of those listings still opens, and the page keeps the site the visitor is already on.

Do not list a joint venture, a syndicate, or a fractional interest. Do not list a share of someone else’s deal. The sites do not sell securities and do not split notes into pieces.

What the text can contain

The summary and description cannot include a phone number, an email address, or a web link. Buyers contact you through the site. Put the city, state, and ZIP in the address fields.

You cannot publish a second listing with the same owner, the same asset, the same deal structure, and the same city, state, and ZIP. A lease option next to a sale of the same property is allowed. Archived and rejected listings do not count as duplicates.

Photos

Before you submit, you confirm that you have the right to post the photos and that they show the property or business in the listing. Do not upload a picture you do not have permission to use.

Review

A new listing goes from draft to pending review to published. Editing a live listing sends it back to review. We can ask you to change the text, the photos, or the terms you wrote down.

The 48-hour fix window

If a reviewer sends a listing back with a note, you have 48 hours from that note to fix it and submit it again. The note and the deadline show on the listing. The listing is not public during that window. If you submit on time, it returns to pending review. If you do not, it stays unpublished.

Sample listings

Sample listings are fiction. They are labeled sample. They are not offers.

The terms of service explain fees, and the disclosures explain what the sites do not do.
